The company has a complete set of production processes for agricultural gearboxes and mechanical transmission components, including rough forging, metal processing, heat treatment, assembly, surface spraying, and testing. The forging line has two electric screw presses, 1000T and 1600T, and the metal processing workshop has more than 250 CNC lathes, machining centers, and various machine tools such as milling, planing, pulling, grinding, and drilling (13 imported high-speed double disc milling machines from Germany), equipped with more than 30 precision testing equipment such as spectral analyzers, three coordinate detection centers, and material strength testing machines. There is also one set of multi-purpose furnaces for carburizing heat treatment (3+1+2) and four sets of other (ordinary, etc.) temperature correction (return) furnaces. At the same time, it has multiple imported and self-designed assembly production lines, one surface treatment and painting line, and a self built 1.3 megawatt solar photovoltaic power station.
